ZHAO Tao is the Deputy Director of the Division of Atmospheric, Oceanic and Eco–Environment Sciences at the Bureau of Sustainable Development Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has vast experience in planning, construction and management of research platforms and major scientific and technological projects in the fields of Ecology and Environmental Sciences.
