Mr Ohnuma Kazuyoshi joined the Cabinet Office, Government of Japan, in 2002 after graduating from The University of Tokyo. His career, including secondments to JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is mainly related to economic and fiscal policy in Japan and international organizations such as OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) and APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation). Since September 2023, he has been serving as Director for International Affairs Division of Science Council of Japan Secretariat, and has participated in the several meetings, such as S7, S20, Science Council of Asia.
